Have you ever arrived somewhere and knew your time there was going to be incredible in the first thirty seconds?
That’s what happened when I stepped foot into the sand in a rural village in the Kampong Chhung district of Cambodia, just an hour and a half outside of Phnom Penh.
Full of palm and coconut trees, children’s laughter and good company, the village overwhelmed me with the peace and joy of the Lord. You can’t help but feel Papa’s presence in the atmosphere.
It goes down as one of my favorite spots on the World Race, and let me tell ya, if I had it my way, I’d be staying here another month.
