As most of you have already gathered, earlier this year I had the opportunity of working with the World Race for a second time as an Alumni Squad Leader. As an Alumni Leader, my role was to join this new group of World Racers in their first 5 of 11 months on the mission field. While on the field with the racers my main focus was coming alongside the team in ministry and day to day life as they navigated what it looked like to live in intentional community while pouring into a variety of different ministries in South East Asia.

To say that I loved my time Squad Leading would be an understatement. The Lord really opened my heart to a deeper passion for discipleship, inner healing and most importantly His Kingdom. There is so much freedom to be found in Christ and even as believers I think we all too often miss out on the incredible things He has for us, because of the small boxes we put Him in.

As an Alumni Squad Leader I only spent 5 months on the mission field with the Squad and then have the opportunity to join them through the rest of their year for what we call a debrief. I recently returned from our month 8 debrief in Romania and what a blessing it was to be reunited with these incredible people! As an Alumni, my role at debrief is to encourage, pray over and love on people as they step into their next leg of the race.

I am currently in the process of fundraising in order to join E Squad one last time for their final debrief in South Africa November 27-30. I only have 5 more days to raise $700 in order to join them. Final debrief is a sacred time of reflection and celebration of all that the Lord has done in their year of ministry. It is also a time of excitement and anticipation as we look forward into what the Lord has in store for each of us. If I’m honest, the re-entry process after the Race was one of my harder seasons in life and I would love more than anything not only to celebrate this time with the team, but also to give away some of the wisdom and insight the Lord has given me in navigating this tricky time of transition. The Lord can do such beautiful things through it all if we’re willing to let Him.

So here is my request: I need your help! I cannot do this alone. I need your support financially and in prayer that all of the funds will come through before the end of the day on Tuesday. I’ve seen the Lord provide much more in a shorter amount of time, so I know that He can do it. I also know that He is just waiting for the right people to say “Yes.” in joining in this Kingdom partnership. I’m continuously blown away by the generosity of you, the people that the Lord has placed in my life and I want you to know that your obedience is producing such good fruit. All my love,
