Over the past week, I have had the incredible honor and privilege to get to know my squad for the World Race. My family has grown by 47 brothers and sisters. I was truly blessed to begin to get to know these passionate lovers of Jesus and cannot wait to see what this next year has in store for us!!!
Towards the end of the week, B Squad was separated into 7 teams. We are still one squad and will spend the year together. But, my team members are the ones that I will be eating, sleeping, growing, and ministering with for the next 11 months. We will live in community on a whole new level and will learn to function as the true Body of Christ.
I am honored to introduce you to Team Kaleo!!!
Kaleo is Greek for ‘to call’ or ‘the calling’ and comes from Ephesians 4:1-3.
I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
As a team, we decided that one of the most important things to us was to walk in true unity with one another. In the book of Acts, the Holy Spirit was free to come and to move when the church was in one mind and one accord. This year, we will be learning to live in gentleness and patience with one another. We will learn to bear one another’s burdens in love. We will strive to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace in our midst.
John 13:35 – By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.
If we are able to walk in unity, peace, and love for one another, the people we meet all over the world will know that we are followers of Jesus. That love and peace will draw them to Him.

Drew: He is a man of integrity and full to overflowing with the joy of the Lord. He is a picture the humble servant nature of Jesus with a fire in his eyes to share the testimonies of what Jesus has and will do.
Meredith: She is an incredible representative of the beauty of the Lord. She carries the sweetness of the heart of the Lord for the broken and overlooked.
Bethany: Her compassion for the oppressed and abused is a beautiful picture of the nature of the Lord. Her joy and love is contagious and draws everyone to a greater understanding of the goodness of the Lord that is able to draw men to repentance.
Maggie: She walks in a purity of heart and authenticity. She is full of life, joy and encouragement! She has a gentle and quiet spirit that is truly beautiful!!
Jessica: She is fully of fiery passion to see the power of the Lord change people’s lives. She is fearless and confident in the anointing of the Lord on her life. She is a willing vessel to see Jesus manifest to those who are in desperate need of His intervention in their lives.
I am beyond humbled at the opportunity the Lord has given me this year to love, grow, serve, and walk along side of this incredible team. Please pray for us as we are preparing to launch in a few months!!
