How do I even begin to try
and explain on a blog about what it is to be here. To see the things I have
seen, to help you understand the way of life, the culture, the experience. The
truth is I don’t think I can. My reality here in Malawi is different than yours
at home. The lessons I am learning are things that I just simply could not
learn without being here, recklessly abandoned, away from my home and comfort,
away from the distractions of my day to day life back in America.

Far away from home… so far away. I miss home but I know I am
supposed to be here. It took us 170 hours to get to Malawi from Europe, with
much resistance, but we finally arrived. Month 5. I am tired but God is strong.
Another month of evangelism focused ministry, which is a challenge for me
because I consider evangelism to be one of my weakest points. (but the bible
says that in my weakness Gods strength is perfected) Thankful to be in Africa
again. Believing that God is taking me into a season of promise… Africa after
all is my promise land.

I few blogs ago I posted a picture just for fun of me
holding a ring on my hand. This ring says nothing
is impossible
. I am overwhelmed with the thought of trying to share
everything God did this month. Miracles happened daily and hundreds of people
came to Christ. I just don’t have the time or room or words to share with you about
every person that I met, every person with a story, every person that matters
so much to God. But what I did learn is nothing is impossible. I am learning
that if I truly believe that, then it becomes my reality.

But Jesus looked at
them and said to them, “with men this is impossible; but with god all things
are possible.” – Matt 19:26

My measure of my faith manifests the environment in which
the amount of things I hope for happen.
If I believe that I am who I say I am, a daughter of the
most High King, then I have authority. If I believe that the power that raised
Christ from the dead is inside of me then I have power to heal people, to raise
the dead and to cast out evil spirits. If I believe that I have a God who hears
me then I know that my prayers are powerful and effective.

“…All things are
possible for one who believes.”- Mark 9:23

Wow God. ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE means that NOTHING IS
IMPOSSIBLE!  At this point in my
journey I am realizing that if I can find it within myself to believe, it will
happen according to Gods will. It is Gods will that a mute man on a mountain in
Malawi spoke for the first time in 18 years. It is Gods will that a crippled
mother is able to walk to church for the first time in years. It is Gods will
that an infant used for voo doo since she was born is set free and protected
from all evil. It is Gods will that over 60 prisoners are forgiven and saved
for all eternity in one afternoon. All these things I had the amazing opportunity
to witness are only a tiny portion of the LARGE amount of things God is doing
every single minute of every single day.

I am in a place now where I am starting to realize that I
really am a disciple of Christ, saved by Gods grace and love for a
purpose.

Jesus said to them
again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending
you.” – John 20:21

The same things that God sent Jesus to do, Jesus then
commands us to do. Think about your life, the people you love, your
circumstances and so on… and ask yourself what parts of your life would be
better if Jesus were in them… and then I want you to remember that CHRIST is
inside YOU. Are you allowing Him to flow through you fully!? We are commanded
to do one thing… GO… whether it is next door to have coffee with a neighbor, it
is to the next office in your building, it is to your class full of lost people
or it is to the nations… GO because it is worth it… people are desperate for
something… and that something is a free gift you have received and have been
empowered to give. The same God that is in me is in YOU, the same God that is
working here is working in America. GO brethren and be fruitful because nothing is impossible.
