I grew up thinking that heaven was a place I will go to when I die. That it has streets of gold and will pretty much be an area up in the sky where I will turn into an angel and fly around. This never really did it for me. I mean I accepted Jesus into my heart at age 5 but then nothing really changed. I continued living for myself, feeling super unsatisfied and never knowing what it meant to be a christian. There was always this underlying longing for more but never knowing what it was.

My paradigm is shifting. Everything I've ever known is being challenged. As I go and go and go I am starting to believe that it might just be God's plan to bring heaven to earth. I know, this is shocking. It's a little weird and super hard to even comprehend. But Jesus himself prayed "thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." All throughout Jesus' ministy it says "he went about in towns and villages teaching in the synagogoues, peaching the good news of the Kingdom, and healing every disease, pain and sickness." Matthew 4: 23 and Matthew 9:35. Aren't we on this journey called life to become more like Jesus? I'm just sayin'.

So, ya. Let's just say it's been a good few days. The challenge and wrestling match with truth has taken me to new depths of wanting more. It's opened up a bang load of excitment and fire in my heart to see through God's perspective and bring"Kingdom reality." I am understanding that this hunger and longing is good. I was created to see the Kingdom break out in this world and I am invited to not just watch but participate!

Let me share with you a few of the ways that God is using the people of A-squad to literally bring heaven. It's happening right before our eyes.Countless people are coming to know Jesus, getting healed, set free and experiencing His love in radical ways…Jesus you are ridiculous!

– One of our squad mates was pretty close to coming off the field because of finances. In faith he believed and declared he wasn't ready to  go home. He humbled himself and reached out for help. The next day he checked his support account and is now fully funded.

–  Two of our women’s teams went to a park to share the gospel. They met people but struck up conversations with a few men in particular. One of the men had a sore back and neck and couldn’t move without pain. They felt led to pray and after laying hands on him he began to twist, bend, and move completely pain free.

–  Some of the teams went to an event for heart patients. They prayed for a lady who had pain in her spine. Every time she took a step she recieved more and more healing.  She then began praying for those around her and more people were healed.

–  A team went to the Home of Hope. And guess what? God showed up! Over 30 women were healed–crooked spines were made straight, hands that were crippled were aligned and pain free, legs strengthened, backs and necks healed, and a woman who couldn’t walk was literally taking strides across the floor. When the team showed up there was despair and disapointment but when they left there was so much joy and hope.

– Two babies were healed of muscle disabilities and can now walk on their own.

– Dozens and dozens and dozens of people are saying yes to the gospel and accepting Jesus into their heart.

– Even more are realizing that it's not just "God the Savior" but "God the Father."

– And even more still. Men and women are realizing their original purpose- being like Jesus and extending the Kingdom of Heaven to the ends of this earth.

Be encouraged! Be encouraged! Be encouraged! It's not what you can do for God, but what God can do through you. May we continue to be people with renewd minds, transformed in our hearts and being the Kingdom every where we go. God is looking for people just like you and me who settle for nothing less than heaven on earth. Just grab His hand and He will use you. I promise!

Here are few pictures of Christian and I with the team leaders this month. These men and women lead out our squad with love, honor and grace. It is a privelelge to walk alongside them and call them brothers and sisters.
