i am not a math person. never have been and quite possibly never will. and i'm okay with that. i made peace with it sophomore year in geometry. thanks coach blackshear for passing me! but anways, as I sit here and ponder the last 3 years of my life it’s becoming pretty real that I only have 10.5 days, 252 hours, and 15,120 minutes and 907200 seconds until the ride of my life begins. that’s not to say that I’m not already on a ride, but there’s something to say about
living out what you were created for
living out your dreams
living out your purpose
my desire is that you too, would discover your purpose. your calling. what you were made for. i’ve never felt this alive and i want us to share in the coming alive!
every day Jesus is teaching me how to walk more fully in who i was created to be and grow into my purpose. He is showing me how good of a Dad he truly is. He absolutely marvels in taking care of us…we are His kids. His prized possession. at the start of this world race journey i was a bit apprehensive about the whole support raising thing. let's be honest…it was almost a deal-breaker! but my heart for the nations kept growing and there was this peace that i couldn’t deny, so i keep moving forward.
ever since that first step of faith in april, Jesus has been blowling my mind. literally, all of my needs have been taken care of. everything. big items like my backpack, tent, computer, i-pod. even all the food for the fundraisers, an external hard drive, head lamp, camera, sleeping bag. you name it. i stand in complete awe. humbled and grateful. thank you for believing in me! thank YOU for coming along side. thank you for praying. thank you for your words. thank you for your money. thank you for your help. thank you Jesus for the opportunity to live out my calling. i ask for help to always honor my supporters. i celebrate You today, King Jesus, Jahova-Jireh, the Lord our Provider! i pray the hearts of those reading would be encouraged and full of faith! that You would open their eyes to see their purpose, their destiny, their gifts! show them who You are Lord and that they can trust in your perfect provision.
