Hey there!
Welcome to my blog homepage. This is where I’ll try and keep you updated on my thoughts and experiences as I prepare for and traverse through this journey called the World Race.
If I haven’t told you what I’m up to just yet…let me back it up a little. So next year, starting in July 2010, I’m going to drop every last thing in my life and go on a crazy adventure around the world. 11 countries. 11 months. Sleeping in a tent. Five bucks a day for food. Exploring this extravagant creation and an even more extravagant Creator, giving it and Him everything I have. Why? you ask. Why not? I reply. I’ll be thrown into 11 different cultures, 11 different landscapes, and voyage through 11 different seasons in my heart. Our task will be different in each country, but possibly includes working in orphanges, those trapped in sex trade, restoring broken cities, and bringing them some really good news. I won’t know for sure until I get there, but I’ll keep you in loop right here.
Something big and awesome is happening. In me. In the world. In the Kingdom. Wanna be apart of it? I need a lot of help to get around this big world. A lot of prayer and emotional support.
