I returned home from England yesterday night at around 8:22pm… exhausted, since i was now 5 hours behind the time i had been use to for 10 days in england…  I had my first encounter with lost luggage… apparently United Airlines, left my luggage in Chicago, and they would deliver it to me the next day… which, praise the Lord, arrived today at around 12pm.

England taught me a lot about myself… i am bossy.  Which i know my family would agree with that one, but i really just grasped it while in England.  It’s hard for me to allow someone to do things their way instead of my way… I always think im right, and well the truth is, im not… hahaha.  Something else i learned about myself on the trip was that foreign missions is definitely where my heart is… listen to this fact…

5% OF THE WORLDS POPULATION LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES… WHILE 95% OF MINISTRY WORKERS LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES…

It’s hard to actually grasp the statement above, but its true.  I understand why people have to stay in the States… obviously we need good Christian teachers here in the states, and also we need people to be willing to send people as missionaries across the world.  but the reality is that people aren’t going… people aren’t listening to the call God has given us all… which is to spread the Gospel to all ends of the earth.

I’m ready to go, and give my life for the sake of the gospel… i want to share Christ in nations where God is not known… i want to be a light in a dark world, and i want to be obedient to where the Lord wants to take me.

I pondered recently whether i could be content with staying in the United States, and if that is where the Lord leads me then i guess that answer is yes… but why would God give me such a burden for foreign countries if he wanted me to stay here?

It will be interesting to see the plan that God has set before me… for now, i will work, save, and go around the world sharing God’s love… i’ll continue to be obedient and walk the straight and narrow path that leads me to Christ.  I’m not sure where the road to Christ will take me, but i know that my life will be full of Joy if and pursue him alone!

P.S.  here are some pictures from England…
