This week we got to visit an orphanage in the town we are staying in. It holds 100 orphans and it is full. I have never been to one before. The kids came running out and they were all so beautiful. The Lord led me to a girl named Gabriella. She would hardly let me touch her at first. She would just stare. After awhile she let me hold her hand. Then she didn't leave my side the rest of the hour. When it was time for the Bible story she sat on my lap and my heart broke.. I couldnt stop crying. This older orphan boy came up to me and put his arms around me and comforted me. His name is Daniel. He was so strong. I gave him my favorite Threads of Hope bracelet. The second day my team didn't go there and I guess Gabi just sat and cried on the bench looking for me. The third day I got to spend with her and she continued to touch my heart. Daniel gave me a huge hug and was so excited about his bracelet still. I don't want to leave these kids after a few days but I know God has some kind of plan for the Orphan. What is it Lord? I know you are a just God. Father hold her. Save her.
I love this little girl so much that my heart burns for her. I just wanna spend time with her and love her.
Psalm 10:18 "To do justice to the fatherless and the oppressed, so that man who is of the earth may strike terror no more."
