First, we are told that we cannot work in the HIV center in Kuala Lumpur because it is dangerous. Ok, that is fine.
Second, we are told that we are now splitting a ministry contact with Team Raised. Alright, cool.

Third, we are told that in two days we will be getting on another bus for six hours in order to go back up north to Kuala Terengganu to help break down an old kids ministry building and rest.

Wait, another month of REST?
Oh, they weren’t done.
Fourth, we will be trading places with Team Raised on an organic farm after our week of rest is up, and will work eight hours a day in the sun for a week and a half…cutting down bamboo. Oh, and in order to do that, we get to back track to an hour outside the city of KL.
Ahh, full circle.
So, we have been tearing posters off the walls, organizing cupboards full of children ministry stuff, and building new life long relationships with our local brothers and sisters. They have been feeding us non-stop, which is a delicious way to gain fat.

(The room we are tearing apart before it was bare)

(Krystle found a gross smelling rubber band rope. It was discarded immediately after this picture.)

So, Team Raised arrived tonight, Team Pneuma leaves tomorrow, and in about a week a blog about how the farm is going will be uploaded.
But for now, please enjoy these pictures from the last week. Malaysia is beautiful!
(And just remember, God rested after He created the world! Why, I don’t know, since He cannot get tired, but I figure if He can do it, we can too!)

And last but not least:

The church that has welcomed us, loved us, fed us and imparted wisdom to us has a vision. Their vision sits in the front of their church, reminding them every time they walk in the door that there are thousands around them that do not know Christ.
Malaysia is a 95% Muslim nation.
And light is most obvious in the darkest of places.
Until next time!
