-Your clothes that were brand new at the beginning are worn out, stretched out, and faded…that is if you haven’t given them away or swapped with a teammate

-Half your team is in the hospital or sick in bed half the month because immune systems are worn down

-Your computer, camera, and headphones have all broken.  The WR is not nice to electronics

-No matter how many times you clean your water bottle, it still has a strange smell to it (Don’t worry, this won’t make it back to America with me!)

-You have several reunions planned with your teammates for the near future

-You and your team put on a two hour long VBS for a hundred children without having a plan and have it flow perfectly because you’ve done so many together over the months

-Your most prized possessions are the several journals in your pack that you’ve slowly filled over the months

-Your chacos are falling apart because they’ve been worn every single day and even after cleaning and drying them thoroughly three times they still smell like wet dog

-You randomly tear up during the day when you think about leaving this life and the people you’ve lived with 24/7 for so long

-You have all the P90X memorized by heart because you’ve done them so much- and your teammates know most of them too, not from doing them but from hearing them play while you do them

-When eating a meal at a restaurant with your team you all pretty much pass around your plates so everyone can try a little of everything

-It's hard to imagine spending money in America after living with so little for a year and seeing people live with so little

-Although you’ve put off counting down the days it’s now so close that you can’t not count them…

TWELVE DAYS until I fly to America!
