Arrived safely last night in Bucharest, Romania.  We're 7 hours ahead of EST here.  Not much jet lag. A little tired because of so much going on but the adjustment hasn't been bad.

Here's a quick recap of my travels:
1.5 hr flight from Charlotte to NYC.
8 hr flight from NYC to Warsaw, Poland
2 hr flight from Warsaw to Bucharest, Romania
Bus ride to the metro.
Ride the metro one stop in the wrong direction.
Wait at the metro for the owner of the hostel we're staying at to come get us cause we don't know the way.
Another metro ride.
Walk for about 20 min. to the hostel where we finally crash onto bunk beds.
Whew. I'm sure this is just the beginning of travel days that seem to last forever! but we made it through all that safely.

Just getting of the plane in NYC.

My whole squad of 50 people are staying at Happy Hostel until Saturday.  Then, instead of staying in Romania my team, along with two other teams, will travel by train to Cornesti, Moldova, which will be our ministry site for the next month.

This week is a time for our teams to re-connect, have some more training, and spend time in worship. As Logistics leaders for the squad my partner, Mike, and I will be receiving some training and information as to what our role will look like on the trip.
