Traveling to so many new places in such a short amount of time can be tiring. For the last 11 months I’ve slept in a different place an average of every 6 nights. I can type this number out but I don’t even think I’ll realize how on the go I’ve been until I actually finish and slow down enough to think about it.
In all the places I’ve been, people I’ve met, things I’ve seen and learned, I love that there’s always MORE. There’s always new sights to see, new foods to try, new people to meet.
The same is true in my relationship with the Lord. I’ve gone deeper into a relationship with Him this year, experienced more of Him than ever before, and seen new sides of Him that I never imagined.
There’s always MORE in my relationship with Him. Recently He’s shown me more of His Father’s heart. How He loves me as a daughter, provides for me, nurtures me, wants me to have joy and excitement like a child, and wants the best for me.

A few days ago when we were driving through the countryside we saw some amazing sights. A waterfall, rolling green hills, and fruit orchards. Beautiful parts of His creation.
On a recent flight, I had a window seat and at one point I looked out and saw a rainbow in the clouds. It was a beautiful thing and in the many flights I’ve taken I’ve never seen a rainbow from the air.
We serve a creative God!
It’s amazing to me how many different ways the Lord can speak and work. The opportunities for Him are endless.
He tells us, “Call to me and I will answer you and show you great and unsearchable things you do not know” (Jeremiah 33:3).
There are things that He wants to show us that we can’t even wrap our minds around without Him revealing it to us. Even if we have vast amounts of knowledge and experience amazing things with Him there’s still MORE that our minds can’t even fathom!
I think sometimes to go to these new and deeper places with the Lord we have to change up our routine. Do you ever feel like the quiet time you have every morning is just part of the routine in your day? Yeah, me too. But it doesn’t have to feel like that. Don’t be afraid to switch things up!
Talk to Him while you’re driving in your car, start a prayer journal, sing out loud to Him, go to a new place to have quiet time, if you’re a runner talk to Him while you run.
Make it your prayer for God to show you unsearchable things your mind can’t even imagine.
He will. And you’ll be blown away by the things He wants to show you!
