One of the neat things about Romania is that we’ve been able to travel by train to different places while on our days off. There are so many beautiful old cathedrals and buildings. Many are older than our country!

One day we went to Cetate Soimos, the ruins of a medieval city that dates back to around the 1300’s. Normally in the U.S. something like this would most likely be closed off to visitors, especially those of us who like to climb things like that, but we were able to walk right up, climb, take pictures, and explore everywhere!
