I want to officially introduce my team to you all.  God hand picked this team long before we knew each other and it’s been such a joy opening his gifts that he gave me through each of them.

We gave our team the name STREAM Team because our names spelt the word stream. That word has a lot more meaning to us now than it did then.

Each member is a unique part that makes up the body and has specials gifts. I will start with Taylor from Michigan. She is our alumni team leader. She is actually the youngest but is wise beyond her years. She is only with us for one more month which I don’t want to talk about.  She challenges me in the way that she sees the best in all situations and is not easily frustrated or irritated. She is an amazing leader and she screams of excitement at random times. We all have accidentally picked up at least least one of her mannerisms. She is the tongue of the body. Not only is she the best and most creative cook she also leaves us with a taste for more of the kingdom. We are going to miss her terribly.

This is Erika from Kansas. She has so much passion. She is the girl who is down to clown at any moment. She helps keep us real and authentic. She helps me understand God deeper because she constantly asks questions that I never would even think to ask. She helps us get motivated and move forward and get the job done. She is the feet of the body.

This is Tiffany from South Carolina. She cares deeply for others. She loves seeing her friends happy. She rejoices with others when she sees blessings in their life. She encourages people to use their gifts and smiles watching them use them. She is the hands of the body and comforts us all. She also is our story teller and vlogs for our team.

This is Michelle from big old Texas. She is hilarious. She makes me laugh 400 times a day with her different voices. She is always down to talk when I need to. She is a deep thinker and a great listener. She seeks to understand others. She is the ears of the body.

This is Ana from Virginia. She is incredibly kind. She makes sure everyone in the room is and feels seem. She allows herself to be in uncomfortable situations for others to know the love of the Father. She is the eyes of the body.

This is Shelby from Indiana. She is a fighter. She pushes herself to be more bold and she pursues Jesus relentlessly. She would run through a wall before she let it keep her from Jesus. She sees God in ordinary things. She has power in her voice and when she speaks the atmosphere changes. She is the mouth of the body.

I shared these things with my team during my team time and of course they told me what part of the body I was too. They said I was the lungs because I am a breath of fresh air and some other super sweet things.:) What God has been reminding me of over and over is that Jesus looks different in everybody. Sometimes we can see him more easily in some people but have a hard time seeing him in others or ourselves. His love comes through differently in different people. We ruin it if we try to mimic the way others reflect him. We are all created differently and have different desires, interests, and gifts for a significant reason.

God says in Mathew, what we do for the least of these we really do for him. What if we looked at everyone that way. What if Jesus was everyone, how would we treat them differently.  Wherever you are, look at those around you and even seek out other that you may not really like and understand and love them as if they were Jesus because what you do for others, you really are doing for him.
