What’s up everyone! I hope you all had an incredible Christmas and New Years celebrating with friends and family. This year was different with being away from everyone back home, but I was definitely still able to have a great time celebrating Christmas in Jordan and bringing in the New Year in the Holy Land (Israel) with my World Race family!
Something that has been weighing on me is how pictures and social media can have the potential to come across. It may look as though we just adventure and are having “one big vacation,” but the reality is there is much more happening. As racers our purpose is to build the kingdom of God and bring glory to His name wherever we are and whatever we are doing. Unfortunately, many of the pictures and videos that are taken in some of the countries we visit can be dangerous to the people we are doing life with if they are shared publicly. For their safety and security I cannot post them, but what I can do is share some of the other adventures that we have the opportunity to experience. A majority of our time is devoted to doing “intentional ministry,” but roughly one day a week we have what we call adventure day. This day is built in to be like a Saturday on the weekend in the states to go experience the world around us. On these “off days” we use our personal funds as a way to get out and explore God’s beautiful creation that is around us. These excursions are fun, life giving, and a great opportunity for adventure. I want to share all my experiences with everyone who wants to join me on this journey. Life is meant to be an adventure and here is a video of a few of the wild adventures that we had in Jordan. Hope you enjoy!
Thank you for all of your love and support! All of the encouragement means the world to me. Please continue to pray our squad to seek the Father and be obedient to do whatever He is calling us to do. Pray for His name to be made known! I miss you all more than you know, but thrilled to continue the opportunity to be living my life for Him on this side of the world.
