I am
writing you from Brasov, Romania,

I am
so excited to share my heart with you about what this week has looked like so
far.
If
you don’t know this week is debrief for T-Squad. That means that all of the
teams are together for 1 week to talk with Seth and Karen (our squad leaders)
and check in with where we are mentally, spiritually, and physically. We also
get together every night and have some amazing worship sessions together. Being
here in Romania has been AMAZING!!! We all have a bed (with 2 blankets), warm
showers, laundry service, and overall where we are staying in Brasov is
beautiful. Out on the streets we have little cafe’s,
bakery’s, restaurants, and lots of little pubs. The hills are covered in
snow, and all of the rooftops have a white frosting. If you have ever
watched “The Holiday” the little town in that movie looks just like
this place. Coming from India, and Nepal to this has been a huge culture
shock!!

I am sitting in the common area in our hostel right now writing
this blog. In about 20min we are going upstairs to meet with Seth and Karen. I
am excited to talk with them and share my heart, along with the group as well.
I know that we are all ready for more growth in our team as well as seeking
deeper love for each other. Last month in Nepal was a very challenging month
for me personally. I struggled with a lot of feelings, and found myself missing
my family hardcore! It is amazing what God can bring out of you when you are
stripped of every comfort from home and forced to rely solely on God. It is a
beautiful and hard learning experience all in one. Since we have been in Romania God has helped
me to work through those obstacles and to move forward in victory. Not to
mention it is so refreshing to be with other friends that are going through the
same thing.
This is a short blog, but I wanted to let you guys know that
things are so amazing in my life right now. God has broken me, and broken me,
and broken me until I finally give all of my past hurts, false identities, and
selfish wants to him. And he has also been building me, and building me, and
building me up to the man of God that Jesus says that I am. This trip for me
has been one huge identity crisis, but I am excited to say that God is giving
amazing confidence to me and he is showing me the path into manhood.

Remember that I would not be able to go through this amazing
journey without all of you back home! It is because of you that I am able to
walk in God’s footsteps for my life. You have blessed me financially,
spiritually, and with kind words of encouragement. I thank you from the bottom
of my heart! I know that I have nothing to fear because I have one amazing
support team back home. I want to say thank you to those who have given to me
financially in the past few days, because of you I am up to $7,000 which means
I am only $3,000 short of the end of the month goal of$10,000. I know I will
reach that goal and I won’t be heading home because God has so much more
planned for me up ahead.
So I send you love from Brasov, Romania. And be confident that I
am fighting the good fight and I will be finishing this race. (:
