As we finish up our time here in Africa I am reminded of just how much I am blessed. Over the last six months on the race I really have grown so much and been challenged so much to live for more. God has grown me and challenged me more than any other time in my life.
Here in South Africa my squad and I spent Christmas together and it was wonderful. I was able to cook for everyone which was stressful but a lot of fun. It is awesome to be able to use the gift of cooking that God has given me in order to bless those around me.
Now over the New Year we will be heading to India where I am expecting great things. God has really impressing upon my heart to be more externally focused rather than internally focused. It is interesting that after travelling to so many countries doing missionary work often times it becomes to much about ourselves and not enough about the people we are ministering to.
Well I say no more. God has done a great work to humble me over the past few months and I know that he is now going to use what he has done in me in order to bless the people around me. SO if you could join me in praying for those that I will encounter in India that would be wonderful.
