Hey, hi, how's it going? WONDERFUL! Welcome to my domain! I will be going on the World Race in September. The countries that I am visiting in order will be Philippines, China, South Africa, Mozambique, Swaziland, Bulgaria, TBD Eastern Europe, Serbia, Nicaragua, Honduras/El Salvador, and Guatemala to close the trip. I wish I was as cool as my other squadmates, where I can photoshop you a map or make a video presentation ๐
I recently graduated from UCLA with a degree in Philosophy, I have it in a drawer somewhere >.> I was born and raised in boring old Orange County, though I spent two years in Los Angeles while going to school. I have since been back albeit some adventures overseas. Hrm I guess it'll be easier if i make bullet points for next few facts.
- I like dogs, tho not all. I own several and my favorite is Butch.
- I drive a really crappy car ๐
- I'm watching Archer, Community, Dexter, Futurama, How I met Your Mother, Mad Men, and Supernatural (tho this season has been terrible as of late).
- I'm probably going to bring Bang! the card game on the trip. You all best look forward to that.
- Yelp and Amazon reviews are my main sources of truth.
- I usually always carry a pen, I get nervous when I don't. I've had this habit since I was like 5 years old.
- I use a blue Palm Centro.
- I hate grapefruits.
- When I was in the 5th grade, my dad brought home some peacock eggs from a friend to incubate and hatch. I did the research and incubated them myself. Once they hatched I played a part in raising them and they all became healthy adults ๐
So why am I here? Probably because I went to Urbana 09, and heard of this organization, though I didn't really visit the booth myself. But I think it mostly has to do with the fact that I think Jesus is a pretty cool guy, so cool in fact that I decided to entrust my life to Him and His calling. I don't think enough people give Jesus a fair chance to be their friend :/ But I hope that this blog will give you new perspective on who Jesus really is if you don't know Him already, and what He set out to do. I will do my best to be updating it regularly from now on, though expect things to really pick up during training and launch.

PS:
For those of you who are wondering why you have not received any word from me yet concerning this race, do not worry! I will get to you soon! I'm going down a list at the moment. It would help me a lot if you could send me your address so I can mail you my support letter and get you involved!
