Journal entry Dec 16, 2010.
This is what God told me today. It’s not the first time hearing it. But it’s a wake up call, oh sleeper. It’s not carefully thought out and written out, but it was pointed out one right after the other by the Spirit.
The church in Acts need to rise up again, not just on the ‘mission field’, but everywhere in the world. In our society, in our schools, in our community. We cannot be satisfied / settle for just god Bible studies or good meetings in church, but we need to SHINE for Christ. It would require radical living, being fools for Christ. But our reward is in heaven, where no moths and rust could destroy. How? How to live out loud?
1. OBEDIENCE
Pray, pray and pray more.
2. BELIEVE
That what happened in Acts doesn’t just stop there but we are to do greater things than Jesus because He will ask on our behalf.
3. SEEK
His face. His will. Be available. Be open. Be sensitive.
Just blog entries crying out to the World Race community is not enough. We need to…
4. STEP OUT IN FAITH
How? By believing what the Bible says is true.
Which parts? ALL parts. From condemned to death to hell to healing to salvation. All parts are true.
What am I to do? Pray. Seek. Listen. Live. Believe. Boldness. Radical Living. Injustice -> God’s justice.
God can use me even in a small way. Don’t put God in a box. LET GOD BE GOD.
Father I’ve come to the point where I cannot go back to my old way of life, of living. I cannot. If You were to put me back there again after one year, I would rather die. I know that You have already begun this next phase. This next phase that You have already led me to step into. A new powered life. A life that will never be satisfied with the now, but will keep on running towards the heavenly goal.
It is time. Step up. Step into.
