hello and welcome!!
My name is Payton Brooks, I am 17 years old, I have 8 chickens, and I’m STOKED to be doing Gap Year. Here’s some stuff about me:)
- I live in Wadsworth, Ohio. Yes, we do have sunny days, and yes, there are a ton of cornfields.
- I love hiking, exploring, and ‘adventuring’; especially when there is no path to follow
- I really like taking pictures and making videos. I’m definitely not a pro, but hey I’m learning thanks to YouTube
- Traveling and seeing new cultures is my f a v o r i t e
- Finally, I love to laugh and see others laugh. It’s infectious and brings so much joy:)
Next September (2018), I will be going on a 9 month mission trip to bring the love of Christ to people around the world. I am so excited to have the opportunity to do this, and I know for a fact that God is going to do big things. Hopefully, I’ll be able to use this blog to update you all and post my thoughts in the coming months ahead of the Race. Thank you in advance for praying and supporting me in my crazy adventure. God is so good.
