Well everyone i thought i would put up a blog to show how effective the World Race is, if at nothing else, at getting people into shape. so here are some photos by a month to month basis to show you one of the customers of the plan. stay classy and thin planet earth

Beginning of the Trip and plan. suround ourselves with skinny children.
Month one, being active with friends terroizing other racers burns calories.
Month 2 in California

Month 3 in China. it helps when all you eat is rice. and breathing in all that smog
really helps too.

Month 4 eating like orphans.

month 5 taming snakes burns about 300 calories in 30 min. quite the workout

month 6 Visiting the the former tomb of Jesus. really burns the fat.
remember the fat belongs to the Lord lev 3:16

Month 7 lots of manual labor, like mowing the grass and helping around the church

Month 8 Non stop travel where you are only allowed to drink soda.
Month 9,10,11….. who knows what the rest of the trip will bring. However the regiment
is africa. something tells me we wont be gaining much in hot weather where we wont have
a lot of food.
