I was on my way to Atlanta we started to make turn around and I thought that something was going on as this was not normal for going to Atlanta, so I checked my phone and saw that there had been a delay due to weather and we would need to land in Nashville. So we were told that we would need to refuel and wait till we were cleared to land that took about 45 minutes.
After getting to the parent hotel where I spent the first night the parents and me (I was the only racer at the meal) went to dinner down stairs and enjoyed that with them, once I was done I went back to the room while my mom and the other parents talked.
Launch was filled with meetings with your team and several other topics (I do not want to spoil them for future world racers). We also found out that I will be doing Unsung Heroes for the first month. Basically I will be going into Albania to look for people who are doing God’s work but could use some assistance. There is a list of what the location needs such as: access to Wi-Fi there or close to them, access to clean food and water, and a place for people to sleep. We also will be having a layover in Turkey.
At launch God showed me a picture of my team driving down a hill and there I saw a wooden fence with a small black kid standing in the middle of it. I also got this vision at Training Camp but did not know what to think of it. I am still not sure what it means but I can’t wait to find out.
