“Tudo bom”. That’s just the outlook on life some of the coolest people I’ve ever met have. In Southern Brazil, a small group of believers I know from previous trips there have such a love for life and everyone around there. You hear it constantly, “All good”, they say back and forth as they greet each other. Instantly, you are treated like family. You don’t know what to think at first, but before you know it, you feel like you can open up and talk about anything to these people. 10 youth and 7 adults will give up their spring break and have an amazing experience over the next week starting today. I’m so jealous, but not for long, because I know (or don’t know) what opportunities I will experience in the next year with my new friends. Please keep, these people in your thoughts and prayers as they leave this morning for a long travel to Brazil and minister to a small number of individuals. They will be painting Monday through Thursday in an effort to show God’s love through an act of service in a place where people hardly give religion, much less Christianity, a chance. Please pray for amazing things to be shown to these kids from my home church and that they remember what all they represent while down there. I’m sure you all can just imagine what kind of things can go wrong when traveling, and the “dangers” and worries of traveling in a foreign country. Thanks guys! Appreciate it.
