Expectations for the World Race
I am coming into the world race with many expectations. These expectations are gonna be big cause I know (burst into song with me here) “My God is so big, so strong and so mighty, there’s nothing my God cannot do!”
#1 I expect my life to be changed so dramatically that as I step back in to the real world again, I will not go back to living a stale Christian life!
#2 I expect to see MIRACLES! For God is the same TODAY as He was yesterday and He will be the same tomorrow. And if my God has done miracles yesterday, I know, that I know, that I know, he is capable of doing them today!
#3 I expect to have an impact on the people supporting me from home. I pray that as they travel with me in prayer and through blogging that they will feel the passion to go out into their own neighbourhoods as missionaries, sharing the Word of the Lord.
#4 I expect to bless those around me! Thank you Jesus for your continual abundance of blessings!!
#5 I expect to see people in need and MEET their needs!
#6 I expect to find where I belong. To know where God is sending me after the race.
#7 I expect to get deeper in a relationship with the Lord God Almighty. To truly know His word. To be replenished with the Holy Spirit every morning and to live knowing His will.
#8 I expect to create deep and lasting relationships with friends from all over the world.
#9 I expect to reach my goal for the finances to be met and to be provided for in abundance to give gifts to those I am serving.
#10 I expect to work harder, to love stronger, and to proclaim that Jesus is King of all Kings all over the world. And in doing this knowing I will get dirty, tired, discouraged and frustrated, but believing All things are possible for those who love the Lord.
