AND NOW….

The Passport:
Immersion trip for four months with 20 amazing individuals.  It’s hard to believe that I have spent
24 months of my life out of the United States.  It’s even harder to believe that I have been entrusted to
lead God’s people along the way.

What?
Seriously, you think I can do this?  YEP, I can! Some days I am not so convinced but God finds a
way to use me to lead people closer to Him.  Now that’s crazy!

People often ask what my trips are all about.  It’s hard to explain that it’s about
the Christ in me rubbing off on my teams and people
around the world.  Most people want
to know WHAT  you are going
to be DOING Ugh… I don’t
know and I don’t really care to have it planned out or to know the
details.  I have learned over the
past few years that 90% of all the plans I make for myself won’t turn out like
I planned at all. So I tend to not plan much and if I do I keep the plan in my
head and hold it loosely so if it doesn’t come to pass then I am not missing anything.

I forget that people don’t live like this… free of plans and
just waiting for the Spirit of God to move.  If you don’t you should try it out for a while.  I’m not saying don’t plan some things,
I am just saying don’t plan out everything.  On purpose listen to God and let him guide your day, hour,
minute or whatever you have to give.

Try it out.  In the free time you simply have to ask God what he has for you.  God how can I serve you right now?  God who in this restaurant needs your love today?  It will require you to step out of your comfort zone but you should do it anyway.

I can promise that you will be surprised.  God will show up and he will move.  You will be overwhelmed with his love and so will the people around you.  If you do it let me know how it goes.
