They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved (Acts 2:42-47)
If I had to pick a verse to describe my first week of ministry in Rwanda this would be it. Over the past week this has been my life! Each day my team and I wake up together, share breakfast together, pray and worship together, and then we go out to the community with the hope of the gospel. Its amazing to see Gods faithfulness in it all. Every day that we have gone out we have seen people give their lives to Jesus Christ!

We take a few hours off in the afternoon to rest, then each night around 6pm we walk to church and gather to worship then Lord. Worship here is amazing! We dance, shout, and sing until we are dripping with sweat! I have concluded that it is almost impossible to be unhappy in Africa! Whenever I have been down its only lasted for a few minutes! Dancing around a church with a bunch of laughing children and men and women who are in love with God is a great spirit lifter.

A young man recieveing Jesus into his heart!
Ministry can be tiring at times, but when I am weak God is strong. I continue to just submit my life to him and I know he will be faithful to carry me on! Thanks to everyone who has been praying and has blessed me finically. I am still in need of around $2000 to be fully funded if you feel led to give that would be amazing! Also I just found out that the men on the trip will be heading to South Sudan next month. Please pray God would bring his peace to this place. Pray also for our protection and boldness! God Bless all of you!
