I’m incredibly thankful for 2018 and all the things that came with it. Here’s some of them:

  1. My family. Plain and simple. They are incredible and the best. PS I miss you guys the most.
  2. Traveling. Wow. Seeing the world is incredible especially with your best friends.
  3. Hannah, Farrah, & Aimee. You three are constantly humans I can count on with my crap to love me and encourage me through it. Thanks for being rockstars and gracefully dealing with how dramatic I am.
  4. Nashville. It’s home.
  5. The beach. My happy place.
  6. Snowboarding & skiing. It makes me feel alive and free.
  7. Scripture (the Bible). On the race my love for the Bible has grown and I’m so thankful Jesus has shown Himself to me through scripture.
  8. My squad. O squad, you guys feel like the giant family I have always wanted to be a part of. Thanks for making the space we create feel so safe and like home.
  9. My team (Eva, Ashley, Ashes, Krista, & Sharon). I appreciate you all for pushing through the hard to experience what Jesus can do.
  10. The Reyes Family. Wow I love you guys with my whole heart. I’m so grateful you treat me like family.
  11. The Kidd Family. You guys are the best neighbors a girl could ask for. Thanks for loving me so well and looking out for my family always. We couldn’t do life without you guys.
  12. Chan & Mer. BEST FRIENDS. I could not do this life without you two.
  13. Val & Meg. You guys are my sisters and I always have your back. Thanks for always having mine.
  14. Rach & Mags. Thanks for loving me like Jesus ALWAYS.

  17. Trains. A new found love. They’re just super awesome.
  18. Brynna & Jacob (my logistics team). You two are the best. I really love working with you two and being your friend.
  19. Amy. Best squad mentor. You rock. Thanks for loving us and pushing us further into our Fathers arms.
  20. Creation. This world God spoke into life is incredibly beautiful. Go see it.
  21. Pizza & empanadas. I miss you.
  22. Love. I’ve experienced love in ways I could have never imagined this year.
  23. Joy. Be you and love Jesus. All it takes.
  24. Kids. Wow I could name them all but there are so many that have changed my world and taught me so much so I’m just thankful for kiddos.
  25. Jesus. Uhhhhhh He is so good. He gives so much grace and loves us so intentionally. Jesus has invited me into a relationship like none I’ve ever experienced. He pursued me and loved me through a time I completely fled from Him. He pursued me until I found Him. And He died on the cross so I could have a friendship with Him eternally. Wow Jesus thanks for loving me. Thanks for encouraging me. Thanks for saving me. Thanks for freeing me. You are my best friend, my dad, and my King.
 
This year has been a year filled with constant change, which I normally hate but this year I’ve loved it (thanks Jesus). I finished 2017 graduating college. I started 2018 in Lake Tahoe teaching kids to ski (10/10 recommend, it’s a dream.) I spent the summer nannying and traveling in the states with my friends and family before I left for 11 months to travel the world and serve Jesus. I’ve now finished month 3. From Philippines to Thailand to Malaysia. It’s been incredible. This year has been a year of dreaming big and those dreams actually happening. I am so thankful that Jesus gives us big desires and pushes us into them and then walks with us every step of the way. Wow! 2018 you were incredible. I’ll miss you but 2019 I’m READY!!
