Hi!!! My name is Paige Holness and I am 23 years old. I am so glad you have come across my blog for whatever reason it may be! Here are a few things to know about me:
- I was raised in a town right outside Nashville, Tennessee and I love it there!!
- I just graduated college from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga! Go Mocs!
- I have two very loving and supportive parents and a very cool/awesome younger brother. We all love to travel and visit new places.
- I have a huge passion for little kiddos. I have wanted to teach elementary school since I was a kindergartener (thank you Mrs. Adamson). I just finished student teaching with 18 wonderful kindergarteners and I love love loved every minute of it. I always planned to teach 2nd grade but who knows, I may just teach kindergarten some day.
- I love to ski and snowboard (well try to snowboard). Which lead me to teach ski school at Squaw Valley in Lake Tahoe for 4 months after I graduated! I loved being in the beautiful town and the kids were so awesome to teach!
- I love Jesus and I love to travel (so The World Race only makes sense, right??). Other reasons I chose The World Race: I want to step into the unknown and out of my comfort zone to allow Christ to do whatever He wants to do through me. I want to rely on Christ daily and allow my faith to grow through this incredible journey.
- I have never blogged before, so please bare with me because I may not be the best writer.
