We are currently in Swaziland, working for several “Care Points” associated with Adventures in Missions across the city of Manzini. I am linked with 3 new teams this month and we are divided up, based on the need in the area. There are 8 teachers (assisting the full-time teachers at the CPs), 4 IT helpers (focusing on data entry and consolidating information for the care centers), 8 on a manual labor team (doing work for the CPs), and the others are divided among other small projects. For the first part of the month, I am with an All-Girls team — S/O TO WESTWARD — (2 of the women were on my first team, so it feels like HOME). Near the middle of the month, I will focus on a Co-Ed team — UNLEAVENED. And at the end of the month, while some racers relocate to meet their parents for the Parent Vision Trip, I will stay with a mixed team of 9 racers, not attending the PVT.
WHY AM I MOVING AROUND SO MUCH? In case you missed my previous update… I am now a Squad Leader. Click HERE for the vision behind this position.
PRAYER POINTS:
* Please pray for unity among the new teams as they vision cast and establish their unique team DNA.
* As we are halfway through our journey, pray for fresh wind and focus.
* Pray for me as I continue stepping into this new position as Squad Leader. Pray that I steward my time, talent, and treasures well.
AMEN.
