I had no idea what to write for a Christmas blog, so I decided to ask my parents to write whatever they had on their minds. So here it is:
From DAD:
We’ve been asked this year “ Was Christmas different this year with out Paige home?” The short answer is yes. The long answer is yes, of course…. but we are at the age where our family Christmas’s will see a lot of change. All 3 of our children are right where God wants them right now Taitlyn, Paige’s twin was back from her first semester of college and her and her boyfriend had multiple engagements to attend. Connor, Paige’s older brother, now has his own place and he and his girlfriend had commitments with families thru out the state. And of course, Paige is in Guatemala.
We were fortunate enough to have family and extended family together thru the day. Every time Paige was able to video call us, she was able to talk with everybody in the family!
Are we sad Paige wasn’t here for Christmas? Selfishly, yes. Ultimately though, I’m jealous. She is in Guatemala with an awesome squad and team serving God. She where a lot of people in this world can and will only dream of! How cool is that. Why wouldn’t I be jealous. The experience! The people! The place! And the whole time serving an awesome and wonderful God!
So excited for all that is in store for all our children and looking forward to February and when get to see and experience first hand what God has Paige doing in Guatemala.

Paige asked me to blog again and my mind is on vacation, I’m at a loss for a topic. I’m going to settle on where I turn when I need a verse at my fingertips, my Bible Verse App.
