Hello! Welcome to my WR blog and thank you for supporting me in this crazy adventure! I will do my best to share my experiences and what God places on my heart throughout this journey. My hope is that this blog will not only serve to update my family and friends, but also to encourage others in their walk with Christ.
I grew up in Conifer, Colorado and am a recent college graduate with a degree in Elementary Education. In honor of my teacher side, here are the ABC’s of me:
Art- painting is one of my favorite hobbies. Books- I love to read. Give me a good book and hot mug of coffee anytime. Colorado Native Dresses- one of my favorite things to wear. Elephants-my favorite animal. Five- the number college roommates I shared a house with. These girls are near and dear to my heart. Goldfish- the snack food I always have around. Hiking- I enjoy hiking, being outdoors, and have climbed 6 Colorado 14ers. Ireland- During my junior year of college, I spent a semester studying abroad in Dublin, Ireland. June and October- my favorite months of the year. Klumsy(clumsy)- I’m the least graceful person around. Leaves- I love the beauty of leaves blooming in the spring and changing colors in the fall. Movies- watching movies is another favorite hobby of mine. Oscar season is my favorite season of the year:) Nickname- my friends call me Pawgee which has been shorted to Pawgs. Only- I’m an only child. Pasta and pizza- my two favorite foods. Quilter- my creative mom is one of the most talented quilters around. Run– I was on the Cross Country team throughout high school and have had no desire to run since. Shamrock- The tattoo on my ankle to forever remember my amazing semester abroad. Travel- I love to travel and explore new places. I can’t wait to spend 2015 seeing the world. University of Northern Colorado grad- Go Bears! Vintage- I love old, unique finds from antique stores and flee markets. Walk- I walk through this world as a follower of Christ. eXperiences– I’m always up to try something new. Yellow-my favorite color. Zombie- my personality when I don’t get enough sleep.
