Well folks, it is the eve of race number 4. Tomorrow morning I will have the honors of running 13.1 miles for Kenya. I am also excited to announce that I will not be out on the trail alone. I will have my Mom and Ryan's Dad, Mike, out there running the same miles. I wont be right next to them while I run, but just knowing there out there running too will be a major encouragement!!
Oh and by the way, NO DAIRY TODAY! I will not make that mistake again!
One last thing. I had a rest day on Thursday, no running at all. I could feel a difference in my run on Friday. I felt so strong! It was pretty awesome, and that was only after 1 day of rest. I can really see my hard work paying off. I am excited to see what tomorrows race brings.
