Friends!
Thank you so much for your support and I am so excited to share this journey with you. This is where you will find updates over the course of the next year and half (ish) as I prepare for the journey the Lord has set out for me.
The Lord has been preparing my heart for this journey long before I even thought about it. I went on my first mission trip to Denver, CO at the age of 11 and have had a heart for missions ever since. I went away to college in a place where I didn’t know anyone, forcing myself way outside my comfort zone and forming relationships I never would have formed otherwise. I’ve always known that I was meant to be a part of a long-term mission. Through the past 5 years of heart stirring and prayer, I know that that moment is now.
I thoroughly believe the words “We have been set free to love. To give ourselves. To bear each other’s burdens.” I’m excited to see what this next chapter of in my life has in store for me, and even more excited to see how God moves and works in this next year and half. Thank you in advance for your support, kind words and encouragement. This race wasn’t meant to be ran alone and I am beyond blessed to have all of you running beside me.
You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house.
