Buenos Dias a Nicaragua!!
Yes we made it!! After another 20 hour travel day, watching the sun set at the Nicaraguan boarder while waiting for our passports to be processed, we have made it to Nicaragua. We started off with a one day conference where the whole squad got to relax, worship and spend time compressing and preparing for the month ahead.
Nicaragua is BEAUTIFUL!! Central America has blown me away by all its beauty and I cant help but stop and think of how amazing God is, He did this, He created the green hills that clouds lay in, He created nature and all its glory.
I have been learning to see God in creation, God keeps bringing up that all He created is for purpose and all we have to do is stop and pay attention.
He brought me to Matthew 6 where He speaks about the animals and plants and this time God showed me while reading that not only don’t they worry about when they will get feed but they live in harmony, nature doesn’t compare itself, the lily doesn’t say to it self, gosh I wish I was a sunflower, no she just blooms the way a lily is created to bloom. So I’m learning to stop and look at nature and learn how to love myself more and except all my gifts because God created me this way for a greater purpose and I am learning to look at nature and see Gods heart in it.
