Hi! I’m Olivia, and Heres my story….
I’m 21 years old, and was born and raised in San Diego.
I grew up in a Christian home and knew ‘all about’ Jesus. I attended AWANA, memorized numerous Bible verses, and prayed everyday. Gesh, little did I know. It wasn’t until high school that the eyes of my heart were opened to the truly awe inspiring truths of Christ and the gravity of my sin. He has truly saved me from who I was. He has chosen to take a self-absorbed, prideful, unloving girl, and call me His beloved. He continues to sanctify me and draw me closer to Himself. AH! He still amazes me! I am in no way a finished work. I place my hope in fact that all things happen in His time and that He is faithful to finish the work that He has begun. One of my favorite quotes comes from an old hymn,
“Jesus paid it all, all to Him I owe, Sin had left a crimson stain,
He washed it white as snow.”
That truth is so sweet. Until I am face to face with my Creator, thats my desire. To be used by Him. To hold nothing closer to myself than Christ Himself. To count nothing as greater, as more precious than Him. To delight in Him.
