For the first
time in the history of The World Race we are opening up the doors to what we
are calling “The World Race Marketplace.” We will have CD’s by our amazing
worship leader Jonathan David Helser, World Race merchandise, as well as
merchandise from various charities.

We have
several alumni racers that have either started charities or partnered with
charities and we would like to support them. The alumni racers will be there to
tell you about the charities and will provide ways for you to support them in
bringing Kingdom to this world.

We are excited to let you know for the first time ever, we will be
offering official World Race materials to purchase at training camp. These
items will cost between $1-$15. At this time, these items will only be

deep discounts for packages containing multiple items. We will also be

to help with fundraising). Here are the list of items that will be

Hope
n’ Motion  (represented by Bambi Bigley)

With a passion for sewn goods, I
have taken both fabric from overseas as well as American material, and made
handmade goods to start Hope n’ Motion (with HOPE standing for Helping Overcome
Poverty’s Existence). These goods range from aprons, to quilts, to bags and
purses. Things are always being created with new methods and designs. For
now, it is for-profit, with donations being made to state side charities, as
well as world wide, that support the existence of poverty in various senses
(World Vision, AIM members, Missionaries we met on the WR, Food Bank, etc.)

2) Need Help Fundraising?

Rahab’s Rope is offering a fundraiser to all World Race
participants. 30% of every item you sell goes
into your support account.  The
rest goes to help Rahab’s Rope fight human trafficking in India.  Fundraising items include jewelry and
gift items.  Contact [email protected] for more
information, or to request a fundraising kit.

What is Rahab’s Rope?

Rahab’s Rope is a partnering ministry of the World Race that
exists to rescue women and children from sex-trafficking.  World Race teams that route through
India often work at Rahab’s Rope facilities in their prevention and aftercare
programs.

3) Represent your Squad

Every training camp we have
an event called Squad Wars. It is an intense night that puts squad vs squad to
see who will come out on top. One of the ways you will be scored is squad pride.
Each squad has been assigned a color so make sure to pack some cloths and face
paint of your squad color to REPRESENT!

Sept
1 (Z Squad)- Red

Sept 2 (A
Squad)- Black

October(B
Squad)- Royal Blue

Immersion-
Green

4) Carpool!

If you all are flying in you will be welcomed by some World
Race Staff at the airport. There will be only one pickup time in the afternoon
so meet at the Harry Porter (not Harry Potter) Statue by 3pm. If you get there
early morning feel free to grab some food or walk around but please meet at the
statue by 3pm. We will be driving you all in sweet yellow school buses back to
camp 🙂

On the way home we will be releasing you all to ride with
your squad mates and get those last precious moments with each other before you
fly home. So if you are driving to camp please plan on pitching in and
helping drive your squad mates to the airport on your way home.
