- There are 2 different launch times. MAKE SURE that you fly out on the right day!!
- You must arrive at the LAX airport no later than 9:30pm. Your flight to Guatemala will leave later that night. To be on the safe side, arrive earlier than 9:30pm.
- There are other airports in Los Angeles area. We
WILL NOT provide transportation for you if you choose to fly into
another airport. If you fly into any airport other than LAX, you are
responsible for your own transport to LAX and must be there by 9:30pm
sharp. - If
you decide to fly in a day or more early, you are responsible for your
accommodations and your travel back to the airport. You are expected to
be at the airport by 9:30pm. - Remember,
air transportation often includes delays. Plan ahead for the unexpected
and allow ample time between gate arrival, baggage claim and the time
you are supposed to meet. - Your points of contact are specific to your day of travel. Please review them CAREFULLY.
