The Racers will get the chance to invite you to PVT in month 3 or 4 of their Race. If you are invited, you will receive an email with the chance for you to say yes, no, or maybe. If you say yes, you will automatically get an email with a link to the application, which is not nearly as extensive as the one the Racers filled out. Then you will have a conversation with our admissions department, and get a link to the PVT portal which has packing lists, and information about the destination. You will also be added to a trip specific FB group so you can talk to other parents who are going to coordinate travel etc… The above dates are considered tentative until the official greenlight email goes out once 15 parents have committed- filled out an application and paid the deposit. When the greenlight email goes out you are then free to book your flights. We try to get them out in plenty of time to book the lower prices, but it all depends on how long it takes us to get 15 to commit.
