Tomorrow, I go to Los Angels.
I’ll be taking a week or so there with family, friends, and most importantly with my Father, Heavenly Father. To step away from the computer, the work, the daily things…and to listen, to talk, to invest in our relationship. I’m excited!
But what a summer it has been…PICS BELOW…
I was able to be part of leading 2 Training Camps and 1 Launch for 400 missionaries.
Trained them in Georgia, Launched them in Washington D.C., and now they’re living in 3 different continents around the world. The stories that are already coming back are priceless and moving!
I also got to be part of a debrief in Kenya for the wonderful B Squad. They’re a group of 50 that I’ve supported for 10 months, from here in the states. They’re in Malawi right now, on their final month. They have been such a big inspiration to me personally. I’m excited to see them come home and see how their lives have been forever changed for the Kingdom.
And, was able to see family on 2-3 day layovers. Definitely a nice treat!
It’s been a great summer. Funny, I’ve slept away from my apartment the past 3 months more then I have slept in it. The home has been hotel beds, my sleeping bag in the woods, or airports, planes, or busses. What an adventure.
It’s been a great ride! What an inspiration these world changers are. Living out of backpacks for God.
And so now for me, it’s time to catch some breath.
