There are very few Protestant Christians in Prague. Less than 2%. But does that mean God is not in the city? NO! There is a church body that is ALIVE! I got to experience the underground church of Prague and it was AWESOME!!!
Christianity isn't forbidden in the city or the country, so it's technically not an 'Underground' Church. But I term it as the underground church for 2 reasons:

Christianity, Church, Jesus, the Holy Spirit….are not a part of the culture, makeup, purpose of the majority of the millions of people residing in this city. It's almost as if you have to literally search and search and search and finally find a small church body that is alive, but probably even meeting somewhere inconspicuous, maybe even, underground. Oh, wait, reason # 2….

The building we met in, we were literally underground. We met in a small room that was not above ground, but literally, underground. Unseen by the naked eye. Windows near the celing that looked up at the street above.
What I experienced underground was AMAZING!
God was there. And he was there in such a present, powerful, and gentle way, that I have only experienced that a few times in my life. And I have been to THOUSANDS OF WORSHIP SERVICES since I was 2 weeks old.
What happened? Well…
We prayed!
That's it.
Really, that's it.
We joined together, 10-30 of us, in the International Night of Prayer. You might be wondering, “What made this night different than any other times of prayer I or you might have?” I don't know.
Sorry. I don't. I don't know why sometimes this happens and other times it doesn't. And for some people that showed up it wasn't powerful. They didn't choose to press in, to pray, to join in. And they probably would not agree with my blog. But for a good portion of us, we would say this was a unique and powerful night.
So what did happen? Oh, you know, some healings, deliverances, visions. Nothing big.
Wait. Really?
Yep! With the help of playing the piano, guitar, djembe, and singing, we worshiped all night long, hours after hours, and prayed, for many things. But what happened at around 2:00am was pretty sweet. We got tired! Yep. Tired!
Physically tired, but we chose to not check out. So the music gently played during this whole time and the room was quiet. We all sat on the floor or on a chair or even layed down. And we just sat with God. We listened to him. We were available. And we watched, as some prayed for the nations. One sweet woman quietly danced with flags, waved them to the Lord, sung with her movement, and it was as if an angel was in the room, and God was in the midst of our prayers.
And then God gave me a vision. A vision that has broken open my world, my views, my theology, my dreams in life. A vision not just for me, but for all. To remind and to speak to the world. I stood up and spoke it to my brothers and sisters. And now, I speak it to you!
This is where the battle is won. Right here! In prayer.
People gathered together, in a room, praying.
The media won't broadcast prayer meetings, the media won't take notice when a person, a city, is revived by the power of the Holy Spirit.The world won't pay attention.
The devil will mask it. The devil will conceal it. The devil will say it doesn't work.
BUT THAT'S A LIE!
When Jesus prepared to go to the cross, he went and prayed.
When Jesus prepared to reveal himself as the Savior of the world, he went alone and prayed.
The beginning of the Christian Church began with a few people gathered in a room, praying!
The CHRISTIAN CHURCH, folks. This is how it began.
Revivals of hearts, communities, churches, nations, have begun and been won, by praying together in a room.
Therefore, THIS is where the battle is WON. RIGHT HERE!
Praying together, unnoticed by the world, but noticed by God and even by the Devil, is where we make our DECLARATIONS.
This is where we stick it to the devil and tell him to flee and be removed from inhabiting our lives and our world.
This is where we join together in agreement, and fight AGAINST the flesh, fight AGAINST the devil, FIGHT AGAINST failure. And we FIGHT for love, FIGHT for healing, FIGHT for endurance, FIGHT for the gospel, FIGHT for freedom, FIGHT for LIFE!
WE WILL NOT LOSE. WE WILL NOT GIVE IN. WE WILL NOT BE AFRAID.
WE WILL STAND UP, RISE UP, AND WE WILL PRAY FOR GOD TO WIN.
WE WILL JOIN TOGETHER, IN PRAYER, IN ROOMS AROUND THE WORLD, UNNOTICED BY THE WORLD, BUT NOTICED BY GOD, AND WE WILL PREPARE FOR BATTLE.
WE WILL PREPARE OUR HEARTS AND MINDS.
THIS, THIS GROUND, IS WHERE THE BATTLE IS WON!
Amen? AMEN!!!
Oh, and what happened after was pretty cool too. We laid hands on the physically, spiritually, and emotionally sick in the room, and…yep…people were healed. Both Racers, and Czech's. One woman (these Czech Chrsitian ladies and their faith was so pure, it was awe inspiring) even prayed over my friend, a racer, and even ended up knowing exactly how God was moving in her life over the past year. And this woman had no idea. And she spoke into the secret parts of her life, all through the connection of the Holy Spirit. When you have the power of the holy spirit, God does great things like this.
Need a breakthrough, need growth, need healing, need God? Need life?

PRAY!
AMERICA, WORLD, THIS IS WHERE THE BATTLE IS WON
