Revelation of Righteousness.
Call me slow. That's okay. I'm just glad I know now, deep within. Not just know as head knowledge anymore. I've come to know the righteousness of God within me, that He has freely given. Which means I am perfect in His sight, but also that I am able to be free in His sight. Free from anything that would hinder the life of righteousness he has freely already given. It's an exciting time in this home.
"For our sake he made Jesus, who knew no sin, to be sin for us (by imputing the sin of humanity to him), that we may be made the righteousness of God in him (Christ)."
To describe this, I wrote the poem/statment below.
I have written it 2 times. The first time with " I " and the second time with " You ."
Verse references below***
I am. Not Striving.
I am already righteous.
I do not have to earn it, gain it, or stirve for it.
I am.
I am righteous.
I am accepted.
I am wanted.
I am clean.
I am powerful.
I am courageous.
I am all I need to be.
I have all I need to have.
Everything I need is within me.
How can this be? For me? For You?
Because I was made whole.
When I decided to follow Christ, he made me whole.
He imputed wholeness.
I may not act like it. I may not live it. I may not have perfected it.
In fact, I know I have not.
I still fall short, daily.
But it does not mean I wake up short.
I wake up now, everyday, with all fullness and wholness needed.
If I were to die today, I would not lack.
I would not lack what is needed for God to see me as admitted entrance into His home.
He recognizes me as a son. He recognizes me as his own.
As if the moment of death just skipped a beat.
Going from living in skin, to living in His presence, we knew each other the same.
And so on this earth, even though I struggle with perfecting the holiness He has given me, I am still given all righteousness.
Which means I can stop. Stop striving. Because there is nothing to strive for.
I already am. I am all that I am. In all of its fullness.
No longer am I striving. I am being.
I am. Not striving.
I am free. To be.
With YOU inserted instead of I.
I am. Not striving.
You are already righteous.
You do not have to earn it, gain it. or strive for it.
You are.
You are righteous.
You are accepted.
You are wanted.
You are clean.
You are powerful.
You are courageous.
You are all you need to be.
You have all you need to have.
Everything you need is within you.
How can this be? For me? For You?
Because you were made whole.
When you decided to follow Christ, he made you whole.
He imputed wholeness.
You may not act like it. You may not live it. You may not have perfected it.
In fact, you know you have not.

You wake up now, everyday, with all fullness and wholness needed.
If you were to die today, you would not lack.
You would not lack what is needed for God to see you as admitted entrance into His home.
He recognizes you as a son. As a daughter. He recognizes you as his own.
As if the moment of death just skipped a beat.
Going from living in skin, to living in His presence, you knew each other the same.
And so on this earth, even though you struggle with perfecting the holiness He has given you, you are still given all righteousness.
Which means you can stop. Stop striving. Because there is nothing to strive for.
You already are. You are all that you are. In all of its fullness.

You are. Not striving.
You are free. To be.
