This week i am helping a small organization called ACTMinistrys. This small group of guys is taking charge of getting people clean water who cant aford it. ACT makes water filltration systems that dont cost the working man an arm and a leg to buy. And this week i have the plesure of helping them! I am helping make portable stands to hold the water filtration tanks. Before the stands were made of concrete and weighed about 100+lbs, now only weigh ~10lbs. Before the water was filtered through a couple feet of sand, but now it goes through five filter layers, and it all fits into the size of a soda can! They asked for a experienced welder to make the stands mettle framd, that they will be puting in homes in the local area. Instead, they got me… i mean i watched a youtube video on how to stig weld like four months ago, so im baiscly a pro. Right?
