Hey everyone – here is an update on what next month in Thailand is going to be like. I am going north from Bangkok on the 6th of April to Chiang Mai with a majority of the other guys on our team for a month of “manistry”. We’re not entirely sure what we’ll be doing once we get there, but at least right now it sounds like we will be going to different tribal villages in the area and setting up some plumbing for them. You know, build them a place to use the restroom! There are some other ministries in the works, but we’ll see how those pan out. It looks like we’ll be in a really beautiful part of the country, near some mountains and a river where hopefully we can have some fun on off days. I have worked with some of these guys already, but I pray that I will get to know them a lot more this next month, and I pray we accomplish some great things for Jesus!
Where will Cathy be, you ask? She’ll be in Chiang Mai too, doing a different form of ministry. I don’t really know any of the details about it at this time, but I am sure she will keep you posted. We’ll be in the same city, but in different places, so we’ll still get to see each other at times and we can communicate regularly. It will be tough, but we both feel like the Lord wants to work on us individually this month. Plus, absence makes the heart grow fonder!
