The LORD is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love. Psalm 145:8

Where to start…
I really don't know where to start with this whole thing. I could tell story after story of training camp and I guess the most important thing to tell my readers would be how do I feel prepared for this? How does one prepare to go into 11 different countries in 11 months sharing Jesus with everyone we encounter? My expectations were that of learning how to travel, you know travel tips, packing our bags, and how to protect ourselves physically. Although their was some of this taught the main goal I believe that AIM had in mind was to let the The World Racers become completely filled and healed by the Holy Spirit. God did something so powerful in me and has stirred the deepest parts of my soul. I feel more filled with Gods love and purpose then ever before! Its just so great to find such healing in the Lord. I learned a lot about the Holy Spirit and we had some very good and clear teaching which I believe has been absent in my life and in many churches. Clear teaching of the Holy Spirit led me to be open to what He wanted to do in me and those around me.

Some things I had to face.
– To give up what we would call "rights"
– I had to admit that I've been limiting God
-To be open to the Holy Spirit
-Thow my expectations away
-To be flexible
-We were moved pass our comfort zones and challenged to take God "out of the box"
-My theology was challenged
-My world was rocked
-Things that I thought I knew about God seem to just go out the window
-I had to be first emptied of me so I could be fiilled with the Holy Spirit!
God showed Himself to me in a deeper way than I have ever experienced Him before. And I plan to be more like Jesus everyday. If I could just be a little more like Jesus everyday the world will be a better place. People need Jesus and they need to see Jesus in you and I. This is what I expect of my World Race trip. I expect to become more like Jesus and less like me. All other expectations our unimportant.
I just want to be more like Jesus.
I am sure Ill write again on traning camp, for now this will have to do. If you would like to support me I would be more than grateful. My account is near $4000. I still have $2500 to raise by August 18th. Their are several ways to give on this page. You can find it through the Support Me button on the leftside of this page. Thank you!
This is L-Squad! What an amazing bunch of brothers and sisters. We are going to change the world for Jesus!
