Hello Everyone! My name is Noah Harrison, and I am very excited for this amazing opportunity I have been given. First thing you should know about me is that I love soccer. I play it every day that I can, and I’ve been playing since I was five years old. Soccer has been a huge part of my life, and in the lives of everyone in my family.
I also love the outdoors, and I love nature. I’ve been on many adventure trips with my parents and on trips through different organizations, including Young Life.
Another huge part of my life is Young Life, a non-denominational outreach whose main goal is to help introduce teenagers to Christ. I have been involved in Young Life for two years now, but my parents have been involved before I was born (my parents actually met through Young Life).
I am also a leader for Wyldlife, the middle-school branch of Young Life that helps introduce middle-schoolers to Christ. I am constantly doing crazy skits with my friends in Wyldlife to make the kids laugh. For example, my friend and I dress up in a hat, sunglasses, tank top with two leopard and an Aztec temple, red faux leather pants, hipster socks with a roaring lion and matching sneakers; all the while we are leading up-front competitions to get the kids involved and having fun. What Wyldlife has taught me is that I do not have a problem with making a fool of myself, and I am willing to do anything for the glory of God. I relish the fact that something I do could help bring someone to Christ, and that I could see them in heaven is awesome.
Another huge part of my life has been starting a church with my parents. Two years ago we started with a bunch of friends, and now it has grown to over 150 people in worship. My main ministry is with media development for worship. I create all the worship presentations, worship videos, and work with ProPresenter software.
