Only two weeks until training camp! Whoop Whoop! 🙂
Time is flying by so fast, I thought I would tell you my plans for next month.
August 1-6. Before I actually go to training camp, I will be attending a missionary children’s camp here in Honduras as a camp counselor. This camp is for youth who live in Honduras as missionaries. Not only do they get to relax but they also get to learn the Word of God, meet new people, and play lots of games. I am so excited to be part of it!
August 6-20. Immediately after camp I will fly out of San Pedro Sula to Alabama. I will stay with some friends for 4 days. We will go shopping for tents and backpacks, explore thrift shops, book stores, and eat lots of Taco Bell!! They will then drive me to Georgia and I will attend training camp for 10 days. It’s going to be the craziest, roughest, and most exciting ten days ever.
August 20- Sept 4. After training camp I will fly out of Atlanta to Dallas where I will spend a week with my brother and my sister-in-law. This will be the beginning of my “family time”. The next week, my entire family will meet up in Galveston and we are taking a cruise together. (Thanks Grandma McNerlin)
October. After all the hustle and bustle, I will wait patiently in Florida with friends until it’s time for me to start my adventure with WorldRace. Please pray for my itinerary and my flights to be safe, for me to grow in God’s Word, and to listen to his instructions.
