It’s been only like two and half days since I went to Atlanta to pick my team. We had an adventure immediatly. As a team they had to navigate the public transportation to one of the biggest homeless shelters in Atlanta, Safe House. You can check them out here: http://www.safehouseoutreach.org/ . I believe that not only are there people in need of the love Jesus around the world but also here on our own soil of America. So my team were introduced some of this as we went out to Safe house and then walked the streets in search of people and their stories. It was an awesome night of getting to meet my team, watching them work together, and stretch themselves.
We made our back to Gainsville for more of training camp. The past couple days have just been incrediable. My team is full of different men and woman who have this hunger and thirst they want quinched. It’s cool to see them come out of themselves and for some actually meet themselves for the first time. I am no doubt excited for the adventures to come in Kenya. I’m excited for the stories to come and for God to just be God for us.
