Once again…

God proves to be faithful. He shows up in the smallest yet powerful ways. I’d like to share with you a conversation i had on my walk back to the church. Our translator is a small, sweet man. He loves what he is doing working with teen challenge and loves the Lord. He began talking to me last night about English. He was saying how much he loved to learn it. He loved conversing with me and my team so he could better himself at it. I was humbled in this conversation. He kept telling me how he appreciated that we were there teaching and allowing the guys to talk to us. He said we get to bring them to new levels with their English. He said more than anything, for them learning English is a pearl. It’s priceless to them. For the men here at teen challenge, English can make or break their new lives after drug and alcohol addictions. In refining their English they will be able to be more available for jobs. They can learn more skills and grow. I wish you could see their excitment and hunger on their faces when they learn new things. It’s really amazing and humbling at the same time.

I just wanted you to know another story of how YOU supporting me in this is impacting the Kingdom. To get out of poverty they need to learn English and to be discipled. It is through your dollars and prayers that this has become possible. God is faithful to finish what he has started. I’m still in need of financial support to finish my race and be apart of change. I see more and more the little things DO matter. Your support no matter how big or small…MATTERS. It’s also tax deductible!! whoo! If you feel lead to give, please click “support me!” tab on my homepage and it will take you where you can do so by credit card. Thank you again for your continued support, financially, prayerfully, or even through long emails! Hope Christmas is full of joy this year…and PLEASE EAT SOME PIE FOR ME!!!!
All my love from Cambodia!!
