This month, our team partnered with Agape Christian School in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We were blessed with the opportunity to teach English to the Khmer (pronounced ca-my) students. I was with the third graders. 15 beautiful faces. 15 silly kids, who know English fairly well. In the afternoon our team rotated with teaching 30 first graders which was a slight struggle. We taught things like numbers, dates, verbs, adjectives, opposites, weather, and the list goes on. We taught through various Bible stories, games, songs etc. The 3rd grade class’s favorite game was bingo. Every day they would say “Cha, bingo? Cha. Cha. Cha.” (If I had a dollar every time they said “Cha”, I could retire.)

Each night we lead Bible study with the host family, and a few people that lived on the campus. We went through the book of Ephesians together and had prayer and worship nights with them.

This is what our typical schedule looked like:

Please keep Agape school in their prayers. They are seeking a long term missionary to work at the school teaching English and building them up. They are also financially struggling so please prayer for that. And also that they heart would be set on fire for God and for the ministry that they are serving at.

Here is a video I made on ministry. It was made to be shown in schools and in churches.
